Terms and Conditions for Competition Entries
1. Introduction
Welcome to NoLimitCompetitions. By entering our competitions, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Competitions are open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of the Company and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Methods
3.1. Paid Entries: Participants can enter competitions online by purchasing tickets through our website. Prices for tickets will be clearly stated.
3.2. Free Entry by Post: Participants may enter without purchase by sending a handwritten entry on a postcard to 11 Forge way Darlington DL1 2PJ. Each entry must include the participant’s name, address, email, and competition name.
3.3. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified
3.4. You may make up to 1 free entry per person for any Competition (up to a limit placed on by the promoter).
3.5. Your entry must be recieved prior the closing date. Entries recieved after the closing date will not be entered.
3.6. The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition question is correct
3.7. If the number of paid entries reaches a cap or limit before your postal entry is recieved and processed your entry will not be accepted
3.8. Entrants must have made an account on the website for the postal order to be processed. All details must correspond correctly to recieve confirmation. Postal entries without account will not be processed.
4. Entry Fees
4.1. Entry fees for paid entries are non-refundable.
4.2. All entries must be received by the specified closing date. Late entries will not be accepted.
5. Draw and Winner Selection
5.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
5.2. The draw date will be published on our website, and winners will be notified via email or phone within 2 working days.
6. Prizes
6.1. Prizes are as described in the competition details. The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6.2. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and address.
7. Publicity
7.1. By entering the competition, winners agree to participate in any publicity associated with the competition, including the use of their name and likeness.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
